Construction Observation/Maintenance

Terradyn Consultants endeavors to lead each project through the construction phase and beyond.

Construction Phase:

We offer construction administration services for all of our projects. From the preparation of contract documents and technical specifications to construction observation and documentation, we follow each project through to the end.

Stormwater Facility Maintenance:

Maintenance of stormwater management facilities is required under current MDEP stormwater regulations. We can provide scheduled inspections and generate the necessary inspection logs for all on-site stormwater management facilities.
