Blue Rock Tile & Design Center
Terradyn Consultants performed site design and permitting services for Blue Rock’s 7,500 square foot showroom and retail center in Kennebunk. The project site is located in a major commercial corridor in Kennebunk, and the project was an important redevelopment of a previously derelict site. The design features safe and efficient vehicular and pedestrian circulation, parking, utility and drainage infrastructure, and careful consideration of landscape areas. Construction of the facility was completed in 2017.
