Terradyn Consultants completed site design and permitting services for the redevelopment of the former Notre Dame de Lourdes Church in downtown Saco. The three phase project includes redeveloping the existing church building and constructing two new buildings to create a total of 80 market rate residential units. The two new buildings feature ground level parking, which is becoming more necessary in Maine’s dense urban areas. Incorporating the project into the traditional residential neighborhood was accomplished with significant streetscape improvements.
